Ryan has a Bachelor's degree in Experience Industry Management and Entrepreneurship from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where he served as the former president of the Real Estate Association and maintains an active involvement as an alumnus.

In his previous role at Locale, an upscale short-term rental management company, Ryan led the expansion of their national real estate portfolio. With prior success as an Asset Manager overseeing a $350 million portfolio and a background in facilitating multimillion-dollar commercial real estate transactions at Marcus & Millichap, Ryan applies his analytical and negotiation skills from the commercial world to his residential practice.

As a distinguished superhost on Airbnb for more than 6 years, Denise has successfully owned and operated five short-term rentals of her own, demonstrating a remarkable proficiency in the dynamic hospitality industry.
